We have a huge beast of a thread huge history here and as much as potentially speeding the game up super far a head would make life easier for everyone, it really would kinda suck as we were building up to this big retributive raid and strike on the vampires of toronto for fucking up our city. What does this mean for you? It means go to the bios area and look at what characters you guys have and lets get a convo started post your characters and just give me an honest blurb about what you figure your character might have been up to for the next month or so as we last left our intrepid adventures. I know some of you had more than one character in thread so if you had more than one please remind and refresh our memories. If you do not wish to play your previous characters please also let us know that. To make the thread more manageable if you have 2 player characters but wish to pair it down to one, we will be happy to accommodate that as well.
]As it is Id love a running tally of who you were playing ,who would be wantign to be a part of this party to head into toronto and who would not want anythign to do with it but would choose to cower in Hamilton. Ideally I would like the one story line where we can all go into Toronto so there might have to be a bit of a revamping, no pun intended of who we all play.  Provide me with the goods show me what you got and who you still want to play.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Morgan Reed -- came up from Detroit to help with the rebuilding of Hamilton -- Would have spent the past month or so dealing with reconstruction projects

Xiaoqing Lau -- would have spent the time training to be part of the Scourge Squad and the retaliation raid into Toronto

Jeromy Addler -- killed during the Sabbatt attack on Hamilton -- Out of play
Reality is for those who do not game!!

Angel - focused on rebuilding what he'd lost (and trying to extend his influence a little) and maintaining what he still had.  He'd also training like hell to learn how to fight.  He's champing at the bit to get into Toronto.  He lost a lot of family when Hamilton went up in a ball of fire.  He expects it to be a suicide mission but in case he comes back, he'd want something to come back to.  He'd actually write a will, making sure his herd and Dee were taken care of.  He's also trying to bring Grigor up to speed on how things work in Canada while also picking his brain on 'how things work in the European courts'.  He's using what he learns to train Chaz and is willing to offer him a role in his business 'empire'.  Keep your friends close and your enemies closer and he's not entirely sure what category Chaz actually falls into.  As usual, he's spreading himself thin...

Waylon - transitioning from one artist persona to another.  His art style has certainly been affected by what happened to Hamilton; he's been painting old photographs of the city with the changed terrain.  He's also been training the scourge squad in martial arts, desperately trying to give everyone the best chance they could possibly have to survive the grueling task ahead of them.

Fia is trying to keep her head down and nose clean, focusing on training for the upcoming fight, and doing what she's told. She's already fucked-up big once, and she's looking for some way to redeem herself.

Read through the threads again.

Waylon is hanging with the Gangrels as well as the Brujah, much to Helen's annoyance.  He's working on getting the autoshop/bikeshop up and running with Dana doing the bike work and him doing the paint jobs.

And Angel has living family!?  His Brother Gino and his wife Linda had two children Michael and Flavia who were on the mountain with friend when the city blew up.  Talk about torn.

So looking through the Character Bios I have three to account for but I think for my own well being I'm only actively bringing in Dana.

Papillion LaFramboise - Seeing as she came back from Niagara Falls she probably wanted to fight but I think Vincent may have talked her out of it or possibly she was deemed unfit. She was right traumatized by the Fia debacle, breaking her leg, and having to take a stance again Helen - which - woof, lord only knows what kind of blow back occurred there. Papillion may be focusing on the rebuilding efforts, she has a not insubstantial income she can dedicate time and space to housing and helping where she can on the home front. I won't be actively playing her but that's what she's doing ambiently.

Calvin Ford - He's probably out of the city or hiding out somewhere not far from a certain Gangrel wherever she may be. Anxious and fragile Calvin isn't really made for combat, cities blowing up, Sabbat wanting to eat him. As Daniel says "It's a no go on the war zone amigo."
I will not be actively playing him and he will be out of sight NPC wise I imagine.

Dana Gorgeous - Ah, Dana. Dana's been busy, thriving in an atmosphere she understands best. She's been preparing for battle. Learning what she can from the Kindred of Hamilton and teaching what she can in turn. Imparting mechanical knowledge, helping enhance basic fighting knowledge to those who need it, busily advocating to anyone with long hair (looking at you Waylon) to practice shaving their heads so it can be done quickly on dusk of future events. Helping craft urban armor (The Battle Jacket - not just for punk fashion anymore) and build up any resources and armaments required.

She can often be found swearing about Canadian laws that prohibit brass knuckles and has been making crudely welded versions of her own with large hex nuts, and enthusiastically encouraging people to try them out and provide feedback. Everyone's gotta have a hobby.

Rory Collins and Cash - Have likely left the city and are keeping close to a certain Malkavian boy. Not prepared for battle of this scale, she's doing what she can to keep her two closest friends (and Daniel?) safe. In classic Gangrel fashion, this means keeping moving. Rory may be compelled to send a letter or two and may have already in the month since the attack, just so no one mourns her (again) needlessly. Rory will be out of sight but I may write updates from her from abroad every so often and may bring her back eventually. For now, she's off the board.

Jax Habit - New to the scene, Jax heeded the call for assistance and is travelling up from Boston, likely with the other Bostonians. Bostonites. Bostonpires. Nailed it. If he has been in the city for any amount of time, Jax has likely been trying to dig up old contacts to find a suitable couch to surf on while staying in the city, trying to establish useful lines of contact, and slumming around playing guitar for kicks til the Prince calls on him. If he hasn't been in the city... he's just arriving!

All Kindred that chose not to fight but flee the sinking ship are likely not going to be welcomed back with open arms by the Hamilton Kindred that stayed behind to fight and put their undead lives on the line, just as a small FYI/ But we welcome Jax into Hamiltons weird and wonderful Kindred community.
