GENDER: Female
HAIR: Normally a light auburn, but when she wants, it's a mass of plants, from vines and leaves, to moss and flowers.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Lily stands at a rather small 5 foot even. Her short stature and pixie like appearance often lead people to think she is a child, until they look into her eyes, then they see a knowledge and a wisdom that are beyond even her 28 years. Lily wears her long hair down usually, allowing it to hang free and natural. She usually wears no make up, and when she does, it is no more than berry stain on her lips or cheeks. She dresses in all natural materials, and her clothing tends to lean towards the hippy/peasant style. She is usually found in peasant skirts and flowing tops. She rarely wears shoes, preferring instead to go barefoot.
When she changes to her superhuman appearance, her skin is green, and her hair becomes plant matter. Instead of the usual spandex, her uniform is a gauzy white and green dress that looks as if it was almost spun from spider webs.
DISTINCTIVE MARKS/SCARS/TATOOS: Her back is covered by a tattoo of vines and leaves. The vines bloom every now and then, and the leaves have been known to move as if blown by the wind.
CHARACTER HISTORY:
30 years ago, a promising Botanist named Dr. Pamela Isley, became something much more than a regular human. There are debates over if it was an accident, or if she did it to herself, or was forced, but whichever it was, Dr. Isley became a very dangerous woman, one who was beautiful, but couldkill with a simple kiss. Poison Ivy used her abilities to control plants, as well as being plant-like herself, to wreak havoc. When she realized how strong and powerful she was, she wanted another like herself to help her in her goal to make the world a better place for plants. She picked a young woman, noted author and naturalist, Rosemary Anderson, as her subject and future side kick. She inflicted many a painful, and nearly deadly, experiment upon the kidnapped woman, and when it was all over, Rosemary had all the same powers, as well as a few more, that Poison Ivy herself had. Rosemary had chlorophyll in her blood stream and could use it to not only get energy from the sun if she had no food, but could also change her skin green.
But Ivy's work, and plans, were all wasted, when Rosemary refused to side with Ivy and instead she escaped and continued living her life as she had before being kidnapped.
A year and a half later, Rosemary gave birth to a daughter, whom she named Lily. It was obvious to Rosemary that her daughter had inherited some, if not allof her abilities, when she woke and found the baby's cradle covered in vines that had crept in through the window of their small cabin in the woods. As Lily grew, she learned how to control her powers, and found that she too could gain energy from the sun, and change her skin green, as well as her hair could change to vines, leaves, flowers and moss upon her will.
When the Great War started, Rosemary took Lily and they retreated deep into the Amazon rain forest. They lived there, in places that had never been seen by human eye before, and the invaders were none the wiser. As the war raged on though, Rosemary felt guilty for hiding away, while the rest of the world was being destroyed, and she had powers that could perhaps help. She decided to return to the regular world, and fight for if not the humans that had destroyed all the people with powers, at least the earth itself.
Rosemary was one of the super humans that finally defeated the invaders, she called herself Gaia, but she perished in the final battle, leaving Lily alone in the world.
Lily helped subtly in the rebirth of America. She used her powers to help regrow the plants, and slowly restore some of what had been lost. She started a large farm just outside of Metropolis, and she grows as many different fruit and vegetables as she can get her hands on, then gives the food to the needy.
She wanted to help more though, and so, like her mother before her, she used her ability to disguise her true identity with her ability to change her appearance to that of a plant woman, and she then made greater changes in the plants, growing entire mature fields of plants in hours, covering the barren land with grass and flowers, and teaching people how to live off the land more than they had in many many years. She calls herself, Dryad.
PERSONALITY: Lily is a very down to earth woman. She is a vegan, although she likes to spend her time with her plants, she also likes to be around those that she cares about. She's very protective of her friends, because they are her family.

Can also change her skin colour due to the chlorophyll in her blood, and her hair changes to plants upon her will.
