Okay my fellow Bloodlines players we need to have a talk.

We started off strong with several ppl wanting to play and be involved but we discussed the fact that quota wise we needed ppl to post at least once a week preferably twice a week.

I want to do roll call and take the time to have an honest and genuine discussion about who really wants to play and who has time to commit. I know for most of the players there are time constraints and real life challenges which is why I was like once or twice a week but as it is as a mod Im having a tough time running this game with how slow it is moving and cant really lay down much story wise due to the sparadic nature of how the posts are coming out.

I really want to streamline the game and figure out who is genuinely interested in running and seeing this game through and will not take offense to anyone that doesnt have the time to dedicate to this thread but we need to sit down and try to figure out how we can get back on track guys. If that means I lose some players because real life obligations are making it hard to commit I full heartilly understand but please leave me your feed back on how you want to proceed.

As a mod I can only work with what I have on hand player wise and right now I just feel like we have a bit of a disconnect with ppl that want to play and those that are struggling to find a foothold due to how bogged down the thread has become.

Any and all feedback and thoughts are appreciated. Just remember to keep an open dialogue and keep things chill folks.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing everyones input and thoughts moving forward.

I am in it to win it, in it for the long haul, in it until the last dog is hung.

That being said, it is hard to maintain a head of steam without everybody shovelling like hell.  LJ can't do it by herself.  We all need to pull together to make this work.  My personal feeling is that there is no real impetus with the thread.  We've all been waiting for the story to take us into Toronto.  I enjoyed the little side adventure-ish thing with Waylon, Jax, Dana and  Donkey (and I love the nicknames people are getting) but trying to do something with Angel felt artificial.  I'm having trouble writing for him right now and I'm seeing him from the outside for the first time as the overly ambitious character that he is.

When scourge squad duty was assigned, I rolled with it but with only Angel involved in it and Waylon on the sidelines, it's an effort to post because right now I don't want to write for Angel.

For some reason this thread intimidates me, maybe because its based in a game system, maybe because that system has more constraints than I like.  I played Vampire ages ago and it intimidated me a bit as well back then.  I think really its just me getting in my own way again.  I generally like my character concept, but honestly the free time didnt work out for me cause I didnt see my character really doing the social thing, at least not at that point.  Maybe that will change soon.  For now, I will tr and put in a bit of extra effort here, especially since I know I tend to overthink things and turn them into a bigger problem than they are.

Hello I am guilty of falling off the band wagon but I'm still in it!

My attendance has been lacking because of exterior factors, nothing in game. I'm excited to get to Toronto. I appreciate the extra time to shake the dust off of Dana though, it helped a lot.

At this point, even if I was feeling burnt out, I've put WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much work into Samuel to let this game die. Come hell or high water, you can count me in.

Revenge is a dish best served cold: Point spending

Hello I'd like to put my one pip into firearms!

Dana may hate guns but she's had some opportunity to use them and work with people who are very good at fire arms. So she at least knows how to load it and not dislocate her shoulder with a shotgun now. I think it's what makes the most sense for her with what's been discussed in game play

Angel: Add one point to open Melee, to cover the use of a baseball bat and a straight razor.

Waylon: Add one point to Security, raising it from 1 to 2, to cover polishing his lock-picking and hot-wiring skills.

MAXX and Grim your player sheets have been updated for the PIp Adjustments. I will look at the player sheets later on in regards to total exp spent and tabulated later in the week before we do Toronto if anyone has any left over points.

For Jax, I'm gonna say security on account of all these stake-outs the team has been up to and also maybe while Waylon was raising his 1 to a 2, Jax was learning second-hand to raise his 0 to a 1? Also Maxx I don't know if you adjusted it already and I'm just sleepy but don't forget to update Jax profile with the adjusted version I sent a bit ago! If you already did though please disregard, I'm very sleepy. Also if you need me to send again, lmk!

Oops! Sorry, was looking at an even older sheet. Let's say Alertness - Dana probably got enough cheap shots in on him to motivate a 5% raise in his general awareness

We are on the Friday at 11:00 pm, pretty much 24 hours after the last posts at Fia's.  We are packing up the night after the margarita party.

I used Saturday incorrectly because that was the time on Jax's post, not the one on Donna's
