If you have a site issue or problem with a member or any of the management team we ask that you post your complaint and forward it to the managers of the site and not post it on the boards.
Any complaints and issues that have been posted on the boards will be deleted by a manager and you will be sent a response via pm.
This is a site for creative writing and we respect your privacy about key issues. We keep all complaints confidential and only the managers have access to that information.
Managers will share your complaint info with each other only to help resolve your issues faster. However be aware that some issues can take a couple of days to resolve.
