I like the changes made to Jinquo.  She'll be an interesting addition to the cast of characters.  You can bring her in whenever you like.

CHARACTER NAME: Raoul

RACE:  Abomination Vampiric-Werewolf

AGE: 393 (looks mid 20s)

SEX: MALE

HAIR: Shoulder length brown hair with natural light blond highlights. The type youd pay a hundred bucks to get.

EYES: Ice blue, the light blue and white of artic glacial Ice, with natural dark and long eyelashes, the type most women have to get from bottles.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Stands at 62(74in/187.96cm) and about 205lbs(93kilos), looks to be a late bloomer in his chest and his body filling out, lanky through out the body, but with a full face that would do well in fashion. Muscles starting to fill out over the shoulders to make them broad, standing with good posture. Normally found in a nice crimson long sleeve button up shirt, lose fit Levis with button fly, and nice black leather shoes. If going dressed down, in any T-shirt at hand, lose fit jeans, and jungle/combat boots; no steel toe.

DISTINCTIVE MARKS/SCARS/TATOOS: Scars of whip marks on the back, speckled spots on the lower chest and upper stomach form buckshot, tribal tattoo on left heal.

CHARACTER HISTORY: Born in 1614 in the area that would one day become known as Maine, to a tribe of undocumented Indians. The nature of his birth was not normal even for his people, in that he clawed his way from his mothers womb. Soon after his birth he is given the mark of his tribe, which will grow with him.

By the age of five he was taken by French fur traders, and sold to a wealthy family to be a servant of the house. The Lady of the house chose him because of his looks; of course as he got older and the Master figured out what his wife had in mind for the beautiful youth, he decided to use him as a whipping boy for his own son. Thanks to his healing factor it was hard for him to scar, something that might have saved him from the masters ire in the long run.

In a drunken rage the Lord of the House decided to ensure that he wasnt beautiful anymore, by taking the task of whipping him on himself. After a time he removed the whip and poured bourbon from his crystal and silver flask, thus stunting the healing factor natural to werewolves. And just for the fun of it the master took the whip up again and continued his torture of the boy.

At the age of sixteen his first shift happened, he managed to decimate not only the livestock but the family as well. After the rage had finally burned out and he collapses; a neighbor comes to find the ruin of the family. Instead of having to pay for the boy he takes him in out of the kindness of his heart.

His new master and the masters guests decided to hunt some of the wolves razing the local framers, livestock. He was sent in to the underbrush of the woods to flush out the game. He managed to step on a vine, causing a thatch of briars to come up and graze his face, causing his eyes to flash to amber. He catches a glimpse of a hare fleeing his burrow; the chase was on for the bait.

The nobles were caught off guard by the shifting of eye color. His master deemed him as something from the otherworld, mayhap a Fey of some sort but unsure. As a safety measure for his family the master decides that it would be best for him to send the boy on to another family, or the streets he cared not. It wasnt long before he was conscripted into the army (read knocked over the head and drug off).

With his natural tendency to follow orders, he was deemed the best one to be given as an aide to the commander of the garrison to watch the boarder between Germany and France. This was all well and good, but the Germans had other ideas. During one of the lulls between the fighting a troop of Germans ambushed the commander while out for his weekly tour of the surrounding area. The men that were with him fared poorly; Raoul managed to rabbit better than the others, due largely in part to his werewolf abilities.

Half starved he starts to try and live off the land in a less than hospitable region of the country. Up until this point of time he was unaware of his nature as a werewolf, but he started to figure out his abilities, so he was now able to willingly transform into the shape of a wolf. While looking for shelter on a stormy day he happened to come upon a slit in the mount he was roaming. After going in to get out of the storm he began to explore his new safe haven. Where he happened upon a sleeping bear that awoke to his nosy entrance. When faced with the fight for flight his werewolf nature kicked into overdrive do to the natural animosity between bears and wolves, he found a half form between wolf and human. Which allowed him to over power the bear and through instinct hit sensitive area that made the bear flee. With this new form he learned that he could do things he normally could not in either wolf or human form.

A half dead German soldier found the cave he was using as his den. This was both a blessing and a curse for the two men. For both needed food, Raoul, taking the advantage of the other mans minor pause and attacked first. The soldier gathered his wits about him and returned the favor. During the ensuing fight he turns into his other form, and the soldier is rather delighted in this find. And so the German, who turns out to be a vampire, decides to see if a werewolf can be turned into a vampire; or if it would cause him to become a raving lunatic.

Raoul succeeds in killing his creator, the vampire did manage to turn him, but the blow was fatal for both. Luna looks down from her perch in the night sky and takes pity on her follower and saves him from his fate, a fate that would have been worse than death alone. With this gift he was graced with a unique gift, Luna gave him a chance to walk during the day but it came with conditions. During the lunar cycle, he must remain a wolf for those three days, and the three days after he is allowed to walk amongst the humans under the sun. But if he uses the powers of the vampire he loses the gift.

So without his creator, he was left to figure out how to survive with his new abilities.

Time passes; he is more animal than man or vampire.

Where he comes upon a troop of people and livestock passing trough the hills. With hunger gnawing at his belly, he stalked the troop in wolf form to see if he could find an easy meal. When presented with a chance at a horse that was tethered away from most of the camp and away from others that might spook before he could get in a quick killing blow. He lunged for the beasts throat right as a man comes walking from a tree towards the horse. When seeing his mount being attacked by a wolf he charged it to scare it off or kill it if need be. The man being not of then living persuasion had no fear of a wolf. When Raoul saw the man he now had to take him out before he warn the other so he shifted his leap to catch the mans arm at the elbow, nearly ripping it off. That was when the man, a vampire, new this was no normal wolf, but something different and screamed for help. Knowing more would come do to the mans yelling, he shook his head fully removing the arm from the man. Then lounged for his throat with speed surpassing that of this low vampire. Tearing out his throat silenced the man, but did not kill him.  With Raoul not knowing what a vampire was this made him back off because most things stop moving when he ripped out their throats. With this pause another man that had been watching stepped forward to grab and pin the wolf. Now Raoul new he was in trouble because no man was this strong. So he shifted to his half form and threw the vamp holding him. Now more where showing up along with the master of this troop. Who when seeing Raoul, knew he was not a normal werewolf. With a ring of his men circling around he told them to back off, but not leave an exit for him. Looking at this weres mangy coat and half starved manner he began to plot. If he could but control this beast
Then he ordered someone to bring one of the sheep they had pulled in close with them, and toss it to the were. While nervous about all the men around him, Raoul was too hungry to pass up the meal presented to him and tore in to the seep with ferocity most would find horrific, but this master gust smiled.
After his meal he shifted back to that of a young man that he was and tried to thank the man, but after so many years as an animal he had slowly lost most of his use of language. And being unsure why this person was being nice too him, most left yelling or attacked him like the other two. This one was different. The Master of this troop was an old one and he new what body language was, and could read the were, now in human form, like a book. He new what would be needed to get this one as his.

Raouls new master begins to condition him into being the perfect son. This includes calling him son and showing him favor, taking him on trips and showing him the love of a parent and not a master. Over the years from changing him from his animalistic nature to a more refined person, he installed conditioning in to Raouls personality. Making him seam as the all loving father,  Raoul was defensive to keep this new and safe life.

Slowly his father began bring out his vampiric powers, while slowly manipulating Raoul in to what he saw fit, he keep him from some of the other unknowns to ensure that he was truly loyal to his father. So should the worse happen Raoul will seek out the ones that killed his father and return it back on them. Over the next few decades he would be introduced to other unknowns, thus forcing him to learn new ways of fighting the threats to his father and his happy new life.

It soon became apparent that Raoul was a perfect son and was allowed to go to other areas to oversee the businesses that his father had there. This was enough to free his father up to pursue other interest. Should anyone try to rise against his father he would take care of the threat on his own.

In time he was given a job to go to Hamilton and seek out information about the area; for his Father was looking for a new territory. It is also in this capacity that Raoul will act as an enforcer for him once he decides if he is indeed going to take over.

PERSONALITY: Having a wiling split and switch-able personality. One the perceived one that is professional, kind, courteous, and an all around nice guy; Two a nearly full blown sociopath thats only concern is pleasing Father. When in his sociopath mode, nothing he sees or dose bothers him, even when he switches back to mister nice guy, and he remembers every thing, but it is like reading what someone else did in a fiction book.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: shape shifting from human to either wolf form, thats slightly bigger than a normal one, and a half form, think Van Helsing when he was fighting Dracula in the 2004 movie Van Helsing. To pop claws from the werewolf side, and lengthening and hardening finger nails from vamp side. Fast healing from both sides, more so if he drinks the blood of victims to replace his life force from his vampire side. Increased physical abilities and senses from both sides. If he spends the three nights of the full moon in wolf form lying and sleeping under the Moon, the next three days he can walk in the daylight, but cant use vampiric powers, only werewolf, or lose the rest of that months time as a day walker.

WEAPONS OF CHOICE: Knives and claws for the up and close work, and a .45 cal double stack Taurus for the slightly harder more modern day need.

LOVE/LIKES: to please his Father, TV and Movies

HATES/DISLIKES: failing at his Job

FEARS/PHOBIAS: upsetting his Father, in fear that he would cast Raoul away.

DREAMS/IDEALS: What ever his father dictates.

Okay, sorry it took so long to get back to this, busy week.  Just as a note, and so that no one feels a bit bent out of shape because it seems like I am really quick to approve this bio without really asking any questions, Forest and I have spoken at length about this character already.  Thus Raoul is okay to play.

CHARACTER NAME: William Bowie

RACE: Human (infected with unknown alien life)

AGE: 37

SEX: Male

HAIR: Like any military man Bill keeps his hair cut short, just a little longer than cropped. His hair is a dark shade of brown that greys ever so slightly at his temples.

EYES: Bill's eyes are a light amber brown color best described as "whiskey".

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Bill stands an erect six foot. He has excellent posture and a confidant stride. Bill weighs about one hundred eighty pounds even, the majority of that weight being lean muscle from his time in the military. With his strikingly handsome looks and perfect white teeth he cuts a rather dashing figure in his uniforms, and looks perfect on magazine covers in his NASA space suit. The only facial hair he wears is a horseshoe style mustache that curves down only to his lower lip, and a line that runs from said lower lip to his chisled chin. His whiskey eyes can turn from soft to stern in the blink of an eye, as can the rest of his features. Clothing wise he usually wears whatever his uniform is, or a crisp business suit, usually teamed with a novelty NASA tie. He has all American looks, and sports three tattoos stacked one on top of the other on the bicep of his right arm. His complexion has always been that of a naturally pale Caucasian who tans well. But as of late he has been paler than normal, the grey of his temples more pronounced, and he has started to get dark rings under his eyes.

DISTINCTIVE MARKS/SCARS/TATOOS: Bill has in descending order on his right bicep, an American flag, the Air Force logo, and the NASA logo. All are around the size of a playing card.

CHARACTER HISTORY: Bill Bowie was born in Innsmouth, Massachusetts to Howard and Jean Bowie. Innsmouth was a sleepy town on the water, built along the end of the Manuxet River. Bill lived further in town away from the sand clogged harbor. He lived in a house much like all the others, Georgian, with a gambrel roof. The whole town was a quiet place, almost sinisterly so. It was a town made up mostly by those advanced in age and Bill went to a school small enough that it only had one class per grade level.

In elementary school Bill decided he wanted to fly planes. His father (a teacher at the school) frowned upon the military ambitions of his son, and tried to persuade him to take on more scholarly ambitions. His mother was a pleasant looking enough woman, save for her large almost bulging eyes, who worked as a nurse at the school. Aside from doting on her husbands every command she played little part in Bill's life. She worked the whole day at school, and then at the Innsmouth hospital at night, by the time she got home it was already usually around eight and for the rest of the evening she would do as her husband bade her to, paying little attention to Bill. Because of this rather lonesome child hood he had lots of time to study. An because he did he did excellent in school. He graduated a year early and then went to nearby Miskatonic University. After graduating four years later he did what he had always dreamed of and enlisted in the Air Force.

His time in the Air Force was not at all like he had hoped. He did not make many friends. Even though he was handsome and keen of mind, he was socially retarded from his quiet youth in Innsmouth. The years flew bye and he flew in the first gulf war. It was not soon after that, that he was approached by NASA to enter their space program.

Bill was the perfect astronaut, he was charming on camera, good looking, and he actually knew what he was doing. The years at Miskatonic University had done him good, but to even further his knowledge in the field of astrophysics and mechanics he went back to college while working with NASA. He was great to have on board the spaceship because of his ability to fly it with the hands of someone who had been doing the job many decades longer than him, and because of his knowledge of space and spaceships. Because the first few missions were complete successes he captured the heart of America. He was a national celebrity and took part in many space flights and space walks. His last mission was to a dwarf moon sized asteroid that was floating off in space, just beyond Earth's pull. The flight was a successes, but things went wrong once exploration of the asteroid started. Two of the other astronauts perished while on the surface, one fell down a crater that had a hole in the bottom that went deep into the black unknown core of the asteroid, and the other had a space suit malfunction before the horrified eyes of Bill. The rest of the exploration remains blacked out from his memory. He remembers a cave, but after that his memory picks back up at being found by the fourth member of the exploration party, and brought back to the ship, only minutes away from his oxygen running out.

Since his return to Earth he has been laying low out of the public eye for fear of becoming a curiosity more than a hero. At the moment he is in the Toronto area on "holiday" that NASA suggested (strongly) that he take until his mind was in the right place to come back to work.

PERSONALITY: Bill doesn't have a very forceful personality, he's very introverted and quiet. But he's a quick thinker, and his whiskey eyes betray the wealth of knowledge that is stored behind them. When given a chance to practice (such as when he is to go on tv) he can be quite charming, and he is naturally friendly when he does come out of his shell.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Budding telepathy, and he has noticed he's been able to go without breathing for unnaturally long amounts of time at a growing rate. Some telekinetic abilities are also starting to surface as well.

WEAPONS OF CHOICE: Military firearms.

LOVE/LIKES: Flying, be it space travel or air. The stars and the night sky, he also enjoys a warm sunny day and a good work out (jogging or at the gym).

HATES/DISLIKES: Being crowded, stormy nights, gloomy days, obnoxious people, and being bored.

FEARS/PHOBIAS: Becoming a obscure footnote in the history of space travel.

DREAMS/IDEALS: Recapturing his status of American celebrity.

A most excellent addition to the story.  It brings a lovely aspect of sci fi to our supernaturalness.  This charcater is approved to play, however, please take the time to mention how long he has been in hamilton and if he has ever been to or heard of the club.  I assume that he has no friends in the area as of yet.
