Safe Harbor thread is open for play.... first post is up.... I will be posting some more npc profiles as I get them done... I will also be posting an areas of note and interest thread as well...this will be where notable areas are described  (such as  major defensive commpounds controlled be npcs).... players can also post areas on this thread once it is up  :tongue:

I have gotten the Notable Places page up for Safe Harbor... feel free to post your own places of note there as well
